Instructors

There are different ranks of instructors certified by the Japan Snowdome Association.
The first step is to take workshop of instructor certification corse. After passing certificate exam, you will be certified as an instructor.

You can advance as “coordinator” by gaining more experiences meting the requirements.

Further experience will open the way to becoming a "Meister".

Currently, there are many unique coordinators and instructors who are working hard to share the beauty of Snowdome.

Requests on Holding Workshops

If you would like to hold a workshop as an event, the fee is 4200 yen per person (for making one "Snowdome"),
and the basic fee is 2 hours for 6 to 12 people. Please contact us for further details.

Frequently Asked Questions / About Workshops

Is there an age limit for participation?

No, there is no age limit.
We do not have a definite age limit.
But children who are in danger of using scissors needs to be accompanied by parent or guardian.

Can I accompany my child and make one together?

Yes, it’s possible.
Please note that due to limited space, you may not able to sit with your child.

Do I need to make a reservation in advance?

Yes, please make reservations in advance.
We do accept on the day if there are seats available.

How do I make a reservation?

Please make reservation by email, inquiry form or by phone.
Please let us know the number of participants, the name of the representative, and your contact information (cell phone number).
We will check the availability and contact you.

Is it possible to observe the workshop?

Yes, you are welcome to observe.
Please note that since workshop is held at small space, you will only be able to observe the atmosphere.

Is there anything I need to bring on the day of the workshop?

We’ll provide all of the materials and tools. But if you have any photos or figures, that you would like to include, please bring them with you. These thickness needs to be less than 7mm. On the day of workshop, please talk to instructor. thickness, so please bring them and consult your instructor.
